Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Aptelio (the "Service"), provided by Suleman Shittu, an individual operating the Aptelio service ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What Aptelio is

Aptelio is an NCLEX-RN preparation and readiness service. It offers a diagnostic, readiness insights, study plans and practice to help you focus your preparation. Aptelio is for educational purposes only. It is not medical, clinical or professional advice, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any testing or licensing organization.

2. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee that you will pass the NCLEX-RN or achieve any particular exam outcome. Readiness estimates and recommendations are guidance, not predictions of your result.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for one person only.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, resell, share or publish Aptelio questions, explanations or content;
• attempt to access other users' data or bypass security or access controls;
• interfere with the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Paid plans, pricing and renewal

• Plans are priced in US dollars: 1 Month US$49, 3 Months US$119, 6 Months US$179. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
• Plans renew automatically for the same duration and price unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
• The free diagnostic does not require payment or a credit card.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling stops your next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service and its content — including questions, rationales, study plans, design and software — belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial right to use the Service while your account is in good standing.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Aptelio available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, add or remove features and content. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid plans or these Terms.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the Service or breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for exam outcomes. Our total liability relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Governing law and contact
