Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Aptelio, provided by Suleman Shittu, an individual operating the Aptelio service, processes when you use the Service, and why.

Information we process

• Account information — your email address, display name and sign-in details (including when you sign in with Google).
• Preparation details — information you give during onboarding about your NCLEX-RN preparation.
• Diagnostic and practice activity — your answers, scores and timing.
• Readiness and study plans — readiness estimates, identified gaps and study recommendations generated from your activity.
• Beta feedback — anything you choose to submit through the feedback form.
• Launch-update consent — whether you opted in to launch updates, and when.
• Billing references — if you buy a plan: your plan, subscription status, paid-through date and the payment provider's customer and subscription reference numbers.
• Technical information — basic data needed to run and secure the Service, such as browser and device information, server logs and error reports.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. Aptelio does not receive or store your full card details; we keep only the references above so we can manage your access.

How we use information

• to provide the diagnostic, readiness insights, study plans and practice;
• to manage your account, plan and access;
• to review feedback and improve the Service;
• to send launch updates only if you opted in (you can change this in your Profile);
• to keep the Service secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that host and operate Aptelio (hosting, database and authentication), Google if you choose Google sign-in, and Paddle for payments. We may disclose information where required by law.

Your choices

You can update your launch-update preference in your Profile at any time. To ask about, correct or delete your information, contact support@aptelio.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law.
